Do you have to wait for the box for the activation code?

I should know this, since I've been around since Live 4.
If you order the boxed version, do you get the serial number(s) for activation of the upgrade in the interim (until you receive the box)?

yes, check your user account from the link at the lower left. you can't see it from the forum pages, start at the homepage.
