what foot midi controller to buy for guitar

hi, can someone provide some advice as to how I could find background for chosing which foot controller to use with Ableton???

fcb1010, cant go wrong, cheap, fairly solid & good allround except the annoying programming but there are apps that make that easier

Yup, don't even think any more about it. Just order the FCB1010. Then google iFcb. It's the editing software I use and it's a piece of freaking cake.

hey folks, would you mind elaborating a little more on how to use iFCB?

what i'd like to accomplish:

something similar to what manuel has done here http://bl0rg.net/~manuel/fcb1010-mappings/ except for live 8, incorporating the looper function.

i have iFCB, and i'd love to use it but i have NO idea what it's all about. could someone try to explain how to get started?
