Language from within......

Hi All.

I'm not in front of Live at the mo (unfortuantely I'm at work) I've just started working with a singer and suggested she get live 6 LE (she doesn't want all singing, all dancing) to make it a bit easier to send audio files back and fourth, to give her some creative input and to record vcocal ideas. She's downloaded the demo, selected English as the language she wants to use, however it has opened up in German.

I can't remember if there is an option to change the language once it's installed?

An ideas?

yes: Preferences -> Look/Feel -> Language

My friend is finish and doesn't speak german and has never seen live before, How would I describe it to my fieind by email.

Can you tell me the words for options > preferences > look/feel > language

Sure:

In the file menu: Optionen -> Voreinstellungen

(or just hit CTRL+, or Apple+,)

In the pop-up window, the Look Feel tab is the first (uppermost) one.

And then the language option ("Sprache" in German) is the first (uppermost) one in the list.

No worries. After selecting the language, your friend will need to restart Live for the change to be applied. Viel Spass!
