Disabling the spacebar, can it be done?
Can this be done or must I rip it out?
if you are on a PC disable your spacebar with this

I dug it out of the forum archive - I forget who first made that

This is one of the main reasons I'm always moaning about Live's lack of user-assignable key commands.
The spacebar is probably the only key I don't want controlling the transport - it's so easily hittable by mistake and only accessible in a studio situation with either the left hand or reaching over with the right.
I've been using kypad "enter" and "0" as start and stop for twenty years and now suddenly if I want to use Live I'm compelled to use "Space".
No no NO.
[Not to mention all of the remaining TWO HANDED key commands to do the most basic things.]

I've rewritten a lot of key commands to accelerate the workflow, if people are interested, I'll post here.
