cool photo by Gilbert Rizo. he shoots a lot of the gigs here in SF. that show was a let down tho, cuz the sound kept poopin out during gui's set.

Reminds me of the time I tried playing with VDJ one night shortly after eating some shrooms...

All he needs to add is a Remote SL and he'll have a pretty basic beginners setup to write a few tracks.

i'd bet that's just his live performance rig. i think he just uses fruityloops to write all his tracks.
i really dug his chromophobia album. super slick production.

Pretty much everything I've heard so far from Mr. Boratto is top notch.

very nice combo of equipment! i'm jealous
to be honest I like gui boratto's productions, specially archipelago, but i heard a dj set and wasn't very impressed, a little too commercial at times and too elektroish, but of course i was expecting something more minimal/techno.

Geez, MBP, Lemur, Monome, UC33, and Live with Klinikal skin. Could this guy be a bigger forum-fanboy?!?!?
Mr. Gui, I demand that you introduce yourself at once.
(with our luck, he'll prolly be TITBAG).
