Who or what are your top five musical influences right now?

Post by Lazos » Wed Feb 20, 2008 2:45 am

Okay, let's hear 'em. Mine are probably strange, in no particular order but off the top of my head: Tool, Dead can Dance, nature, That 1 Guy (and his magic pipe), Soriah.

:?:

You gotta pick 5 'cuz 3 or 4 is not enough.

TOOL, Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd
Ableton’s engineers are hard
at work developing code that will allow our software to predict the future, but we don’t
anticipate having this available until at least the next major release.

at the moment:

- TV On The Radio. waves of hypnotic, soul-drenched shimmering noise.
- Pink Floyd's 'Animals' album. one of their strongest studio releases... scathing, supersharp critical groove material.
- Mood Deluxe. fucking excellent psybreaks.
- BUS. Gus Till (aka Slinky Wizard, BUS, half of Busted, etc.) is a genius.
- Dennis Ferrer. i dig it.
