If you run ableton on the windows version and you plan to produce maybe it's a good idea to go for 100/100.

Is there a specific reason why don't wanna use Ableton in OSX?

1. Use OSX for Ableton
2. If you want to have write-access to your windows partition from osx, you need to format your win-partition in fat32! Then you can make its size only 32GB!!
3. If you don't care about moving files, pics, music ... between osx and windows you should format your win-partition with NTFS (which is definitely the better choice)! Then you can make its size as big as you want...

The size depends on what you wanna do with it....
