New Ableton User, Few Questions

First Off,GREAT PROGRAM!!!

Ok, first question, i have about 40GB worth of sounds on my HD, how do I load them threw ableton 6 lite and get to use them threw my MIDI controller?

And aslo, How do I get the stock sounds back to the right impulse folder? I went to open impulse, and theres nothing there, is there a folder location that I may have changed? If so, which folder do I choose?

BTW, im using the Oxygen 49, Ableton Live Lite 6, and a Mac OS Leopard

Did you download the stock sample packs from the Ableton site? Everything can be accessed through Live's browser, Impulse samples, your sounds, etc.

Seriously, reading the manual through will answer all your questions.
