LIVE 7 -REAKTOR 5 - CLOSING ENSEMBLES PROBLEM - OSX

I noticed that when i am using Reaktor 5 as an AU in Live 7, all works fine except if i try to change ensembles. once i do this it (as usual) asks me if i want to save changes to the current ensemble but then it will not allow me to select save - don't save or even cancel. i have to force quit my project at this point. pretty annoying.

I am running a

2.4 ghz macbook pro
Leopard 10.5.2

latest update from Reaktor

Reinstall the latest Reaktor update (5.1.4) using the NI installer patch for Leopard:
