MIDI clock out glitch at beginning of loop

Post by zerocrossing » Tue Mar 18, 2008 1:07 am

So, I had no issue with Live 6, but with Live 7 my MIDI out glitches. It doesn't just effect what's the slave to the clock, but it's effecting the loop in Live. I get a spike in CPU and a glitch. I'm using a Novation Remote25 SL as a MIDI control surface/interface. My computer is a Toshiba laptop 2gighz core duo with 2 gig of ram running Windows XP.

As soon as I turn off MIDI out, the glitch stops. Anyone else having this problem? Normally I don't care but I have some external gear that would love to see a MIDI clock and the other day I tried to jam with a keyboard player who had a MONOMACHINE and my attempt to sync with him was a disaster.

Well, I'm running a bunch of stuff... For sure Stylus RMX and Mobius.
