have anyone an idea of how to get a vocal like justice's DVNO?! it's so damn nice?!!

record/sing it twice or even more often, but as identical as possible.

Compress the hell out of it.

Use an autotune plug, if needed.

loop a fraction of it and make a hook of that.

i actually read an interview with these dudes and they were asked exactly that question. they claim to have only used cubase's own delay plugin and shit-ton of compression, if i recall. (though I can't believe they didn't auto-tune it too)

It's a pretty simple trick, really. If you compress a delay enough, it becomes an odd kind of reverb. Play around with Simple Delay + Compressor.

You can take or leave the auto tune.

these dudes use a lot of compression, maybe to much,
by the way is not only vocals to do that mix in that way.
If you want to do a that mix style, use the compressor in two ways.

1) always use peak mode, with a good attack time
to find the right attack time and release use a huge thr level
then reduce it when you've find the right values

2) use a sidechain compressor

I've tried cubase compressor and ableton one.
There's no way, ableton sound great!
So I think that you can achieve best result!
