Midi-output

Is it possible to get a live midi-signal from Ableton when playing a
Live set?
All i have managed to do is get a midi single click by adding a midi channel
with no sound on it, and sending it out as midi channel1, but what i really want to do is get a live midi output signal.
Can any1 help me with a solution please?

what do you mean by a "live MIDI signal"???

Sounds like you already got a MIDI signal from Live.

Do you want to play your keybaord, have that go into Live, and then have Live pass that data on to an external synthesizer? Just click the record enable button on that MIDI track you've already made.

What i want to do is have my midi controllers/keyboard going into Ableton,
then i want to play a live set, but have a Live midi output coming out, and going into a Vj program.
This Vj program reads midi, so you can play a per-recorded midi track into it, but I am only interested in
Running it live when I play to be honest if its possible.
