7.0.3 Can't Create Live Pack - strange sample behaviour

I can't create a Live Pack because a sample can't be added to the set.

The thing is that Live seems to be creating the sample in question! It is not used in the project. I have recorded clips 1-27 but the "missing file" is number 28.

Live seems to create file "28 13-Audio.wav" with a filesize of 0 when the project is opened. If I close the project the file disappears again. I know this because I have the sample folder open when I open and close the set.

There seems to be no way to remove this file from the set as I can't find where it's used in the set.

None of the options under "Manage Files" seems to explain why this file is appearing and disappearing.

Has anyone come across this? Any help appreciated!
