read what the title to the forum says. "ableton does not monitor this forum daily, please contact us directly for a fast answer". I think that the presence of Abletoners on this forum is quite good compared to other comparable boards. Here, we find Kleine, Hoffman, Henke on a regular basis. For sure, this is good enough. It doesn't seem to me to be, or intended to be, a support forum were you can expect fast answers.

They do better than most

They are more active in their forum than a lot of manufacturers. If they answered every post in the forum, I doubt they would have time to write the code.

Hi coolcat,

like the others already said we cannot guarantee to monitor this forum every day. As well as our support as also people of our development team are monitoring this forum but not regularly.
For a lot of issues this is also not necessary because you got a lot of qualified answers from other users (which is basically the idea of a forum).

So if you need a fast answer you should contact our support ([email protected]) directly.

regards,
Alex
