Follow Actions - Simple Question

I know this is simple but---
I can not get a 1 Bar (4 beats) loop to just play 2 beats and move on to the next clip within follow actions.
Could someone explain the setting I need to set in the 'Launch" window?

Set the bar number to 2 for 2 bars (left-most square); 2 (in the center square) for 2 beats, etc.

What you need for this setting should read 0/2/0

the length box should be set to
0 2 0

How about my quantization setting for the clip?
I got 020, but it's still playing 4 beats????

Of course I'm hitting refresh.

I tried everything in Quantization and the clip still plays 4 beats.
It's a 1 measure 4 beat.
I've tried everything we've talked about at this thread before posting.
I thought I'd take one step at a time with you guys leading the way, and see if the problem would surface.

I gotta get back to work. I'll check back tonight.

Sometimes the 1st setting will jump back to 1. It's fiddly

When I bring the 1 measure clip into project #1 (the original project) it is reflects being 1 measure.
I bring the same clip into a File>New Live Set (project #2) it reflects a 2 measure clip.
I've double checked this guys!
What do I have 'ticked' somewhere in Poject #1 (original) that reflects a 1 measure loop when it should be reflecting 2 measure?
In project #2 the 020 setting works fine when set in 'Launch'.
Any ideas?

Let me guess: Set #2 has a much higher tempo than set #1.

Live tries to best match the real length of a loop to the tempo of the set when you drag it in. Hence - and logically - a loop that's 2 bars in a fast set is only 1 bar in a slow set.

I set the Lanch to 0 2 0 at the 'normal" Seg BPM and set the 1st clip to 'Next'.
Then set to 2nd clip to 'First'.
Changed the Project tempo down to what I needed and all worked fine.
So I gather from this:
We need to set Follow actions in a Project before adjusting the tempo of the Project.
