pabloaugustus: have you used a muse box in conjunction with live? if so any advice?

I run winxp64 with like 6.0.7, it runs DOPE. My CPU spikes at 22 at the most for anything i'm doing now. I only have 1.7 GIGs of RAM, way room for upgrade. I would get a 64 bit processor and get winXP64.....i love it


so live 7 will not work on a 64 bit system? why the eff not?

no one said live 7 doesnt work on 64 bit.

yes I am sure as when I open ableton and load a vst I have it configured to load the plugin independent from ableton yet still interface with the application via midi
how do you do that? have you configured it like that in ableton live itself or do you mean your whole system, with midiyoke or something?

all 32bit applications should run on a 64bit OS, afaik, they just don't take advantage of 64bit in that case. I think compatibility issues may arise only when you're using 32bit plug-ins in 64bit host software....
