I like Orca, I'm going to have to give some of these others a try. Good thread!

Glitch is a nicely designed piece of software.. But I can't help but look at it like it's 'IDM in a can'.

There is this other one called LiveCut and another one called Granulator. They are both similar to Glitch

I like more or less everything thats been mentioned, my particular fav is the dBlue Glitch but the Free VST made by Klanglabs are just great!! You've got to try them if you haven't already!

Then try everything at Del la mancha, JackDark and the Dub VST's at Interruptor all are good too.

Yeah, I've got Poliblit as well, but I never use it =) I simply love the
monophonic acid capabilities of Iblit =)

OK - I downloaded Helix last night - the samples were awesome - but when it
comes to trying out new VST's, my attention span is tantamount to that of a
three year old kid, and the GUI was a little uhm... insane, as far as I'm
concerned.

Whhaaaa??! 8O :o I'm am so gonna download that right now!
perhaps it's worth checking with Urs, but it's listed on Gersic's free plugin database:

i don't think Gersic would knowingly put warez up there, but as a loyal u-he customer i'd hate to be responsible for spreading da piracy ;)

Some nice plugins in that list, this tape delay is probably the best I've ever tried.

Cheers for the link.
