Video / audio syncronisation in AB7

Having eventually mastered converting .VOB to .MOV so I can use Ableton with video mixing, I have now another problem.

Whilst in Ableton the video and audio are perfectly in sync. However, when exported, the resulting .MOV file is out of sync.

What can I do to prevent this?

You have to use a stop watch and allign the audio that amount of time different so when it is exported you will see them in sync.
