Polyslax - Some Recent Tracks

Post by polyslax » Thu Jul 03, 2008 1:56 pm

Some recent tracks, all 128 bit mp3s.

Lots of heavily processed field recording, choppy drums, noise and some piano. Kind of ambient soundscapey stuff, slightly spooky perhaps. Barely any melodic content and not at all groovy - you've been warned. :)

Clustor Deop

8 mb
8:44 mins

A quirky little thing.

Autosky

5 mb
5:28 mins

A little down tempo melancholia.

Quiescence

4.1 mb
4:27 mins

Ummm... down tempo-y, maybe a bit ethno-ambient-atmospheric...

Consecration Of An Anchorite

4.4 mb
4:48 mins

A short down tempo piece with a slightly jazzy flavour. Noodley epiano, guitar, some frankenstein kit, like that...

Monos

3.6 mb
3:54 mins

Down tempo again.

Super Marine

7.2 mb
7:52 mins

A little jam on the funky tip.

Sniffer Dog

2.7 mb
2:58 mins

Hey thanks abort! I don't often check back here as it's so rare to get comments. I see you've got a track on page 1 - I'll check it out tonight.

These are great man. I always enjoy your tracks.
Sniffer Dog is groovy and melodic. Give yourself some credit.
I really enjoyed Quiescence as well. You always get great sounding guitars.
Thanks for the musics.
