A slight thread hijack, but has anyone used v-station to create patches for the synth part of an x-station? I understand you can do this, as an x-station is a non-multi-timbral k-station. V-station and k-station patches are compatible.
I love the fat presets in my x-station (once they have been de-tranced with a filter), but I don't like programming. Is the v-station any good as an editor of patches? 27 euros is a bargain.
cheers RH

I don't see why you would prefer to do your patch programming in software with a mouse, and record the sounds from your physical synth. The reverse is more practical - ie, use the knobs on your synth to control the VST, and record the sound from the VST! - I have a K-Station and this is how I work with V-Station.Remco Halderhooter wrote:A slight thread hijack, but has anyone used v-station to create patches for the synth part of an x-station? Incidentally, V-Station is a pretty cool synth.
