Kompakt - multitimberal operation when hosting in Live 4?

Is it possible to assign multiple instruments in (1) instance of Kompakt to separate MIDI channels to be triggered by an external sequencer or do you have to open up a separate instance of Kompakt in Live 4 for each MIDI channel?

Any assistance is appreciated.

Yes, you have to route another MIDI track into the Kompakt by assigning MIDI To and MIDI Channel. How to do this is explained in the manual. Please read the manual.
