Yep, pretty fun stuff, I like the iDrum interface a lot more. Being stuck with their sounds kind of blows though, as is still not having a really valid way of doing melodies. Oh export options are only 40 second ringtones as of now, though I hear in an update the kits you make on the phone will load in the computer plug in for further work too.

I like the interface a lot better too but I guess there are some things beatmaker does that idrum doesn't, specifically letting you crop the ends of samples on the fly and I didn't notice any kind of swing/groove on the idrum.
The sounds are great though and you can get the club and hip hop editions combined for half of what beatmaker costs. And I thought softsynths were going dirt cheap compared to harware, now it's about spending $10 or $20....well, except for that stupid expensive $150 mixer app.

:)
just messed around with this app last night... really fun and addictive. interface is pretty easy to use and i like how you can drag out patterns and slide your finger on the pads for different velocity levels. i absolutely love that you have to SHAKE the phone to delete patterns. sick feature!!

I dunno. I saw some dude playing some sort of Tetris-esque game on the subway last night. Every time he finished a board he'd have to shake his iPhone around to reset the game.missjade wrote:i absolutely love that you have to SHAKE the phone to delete patterns. sick feature!!
I carry my beloved white 3G around in a diaper. I would never subject it to such uncouth hostilities.
