Finally heard of a new club in town: http://www.club-rechenzentrum.de

Seems to be a typical huge berlin-style club, with an adjacent open air space. Havent been there yet its da nu thang it seems.

Watch the program for Saturday: Starting at 23:00 and playing 24 hrs through (last dj starts at 20:30 Sunday)

the open air "Funk Park" is a very cool place in the summer, relax/warm up along the Spree river, get something to eat and party once the night's here.

it's really outside the city though

Go to a store and get yourself the current issues of Tip and Zitty:

This site also should provide you with some useful information:

I think the Polyglott and Marco Polo tourist guides are good as well.

Enjoy your trip!

Good tip, if the weather is nice! Love the spot, theres also a huge soviet iron soldier there, I think its a must see. You have to walk a bit through the park and cross a street that is parallel to the river. A nice place is also Volkspark Friedrichshain, a beautyful park! If the weather is good go to one or both of those (in case your not still in the disco ;) )

"Yaam beach" on the waterfront in Friedrichschain(close to the new ugly O2 arena) .... if you dig reggae (they're on myspace)
Badeschiff (in treptow... good tip is to get off the U-Bahn at Görlitzer bahnhof in Kreuzberg, and walk all the way through Görlitzer park that'll take you straight to the "badeschiff area" with lots of kool events and nice outdoorsy lifestyle)

Mauer Park fleamarket every Sunday in Prenzlauerberg........ and just enjoy the koooool Berlin Vibe.....

Top of the list in my book: Kreuzberg 36
