Why? Why Ableton? Why?
On that note however, this very problem is a testament to this system's beauty. The fact that an entire performance was one undo step, is quite amazing. I can't say that about *anything* I have ever made music with, ever. Period.
But that doesn't change the fact that I can't redo it. Which sucks.
I guess that means I have to sit and play around with Live for another 15 minutes or so... hmm, there are so many positives to this horrible situation.
Shouldn't I be able to redo something if I undo it? Even if I undo all the way to the very beginning?
