X-Session and 4.04

Hello! I'm having a bit of trouble getting my x-session to communicate with LIVE properly. This is what I did to get started:

1. Set the midi and audio to correct driver/outputs.
2. Opened the "Live X-Session Demo" included with the item on cd.
3. Hit "recal" and typed "3"
4. Started by pressing "4"...nothing happens...this triggers the loop seq in live xs 2.1...but it didn't work in this...

According to the MIDI track indicator it is receiving MIDI msgs but it's not working for me...HELP!?!

i wasn't selecting it as remote control..anyone else on here using this...any tips?

Do you want to trigger a clip? Then you should set the xsession as remote control.

man do you have Live 4?? or just the shit that came with the X sesh?

I took my x session out of the box plugged it in XP picked it up I set Live to accept the midi input and went to work it works fine. i dunno what the problem could be unless you just dont have Live setup properly to receive the midi input.
