So this pack wasn't released for windows users?
Do i put the alp file inside an ableton directory?
Or extract it and then do the install?

Just drag it on top of your Live window and Ableton will do the rest automatically. Or from Live's File Menu, choose "Install Live Pack...".

I just installed Solid Sounds on a Vista machine, but don't see the samples in my library folder. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Where should these files be, and what should the parent directory be named?

Thanks!
