Think you covered just about everything this time, well done guys.
you may have missed multiple parameter linking, or whatever they call it.

Basically you select a load of volume controls and you can shift them all at once. Or sends, or whatever.
That was a popular request, and it's in there.
Great! What about Dual Output support for the Master(Not the Cue).Would Be Great,(and simple....hint) Reaper does it so its not a limitation of my hardware! Otherwise its looking fucking sweet . Live could just be the most exciting tool to work with ever from the looks of it!

$229 US for an upgrade..? - It is (bit) rich for me, but than again I said the same thing about Ver.5, 6 and 7 upgrades (and I bought them all)... I'll probably buy this one as well the moment It is released...

Thank you ableton, this is incredible.

What a skint year it's going to be though, I need a new desktop, a laptop for live use, and now the controller and ableton.

Looks like I'll be staying in a lot!

By far the most exciting combination of new features and features request set I've ever seen in an upgrade !
looper, group tracks, new warp engine,... Just hope you'll have time to implement the automation recording in session view before it is for sale

thanks ableton

awesome stuff

amazing really.

i can just imagine producers pulling off remixes from the other side of the globe in a matter of days

lots of little improvements too (like a waveform in the browser)

big thanks

Question i have is do you need to own Max 5 for Max for Live, andhow limited is the functionality?

Something else I wonder about is video, and jitter...

Whats so special about this that cant be done by just adding an audio track with input set to re-sampling and output set to whatever external channel you want?
Nothing to see here - move along!
