Please open your latest Live 7 version and let me know which MIDI controller surface you have selected in the MIDI section of Live's preferences dialog.

it is Live 7.0.14

selected midi controller surface:
Mackie Control (as emulation for my nanoKontrol via MIDI Yoke as in- and output)

It's the same bug like in
http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?t=105443

For now, you should not use the MackieControl or the MasterControl mode in Live 8.0b2. Other controller scripts might have the same problem.
