Strange bug

Setup: OSX 10.3.7
Live 4.04
iMac 20"

Allright, so I have this set, and its pretty heavy CPU-wise, but everything hovers nice and stable at apporx. 80% CPU. Then, for some reason it starts jumping to 153%CPU. I tried removing all heavy duty plugs. so it stabalizes at apporx 35% CPU but it still jumps to 153%.

I'm kind of bummed because I was really feeling the track...

Any idea how to fix this?

i use pc but have had similar problems,mine only happens when i have been working on a set for a while, i usually reboot to clear the memory and the undo file in live, if you watch you memory usage it just keeps climbing and in the end the audio cant be processed...

if live would put a purge tool ala photoshop maybe we wouldnt have this problem..
