Hi,

Roly here, I'm in London and I work pretty centrally, I've been chatting with the Abe's for a little while about trying something.

I think with the Live 8 buzz fresh now might be the right time to try and make it happen.

I'm pretty sure that there's a few of us about so it could be worth while.

Let's figure something out

London connection + collaborative experiments?

Post by jam master sticky » Sun Feb 22, 2009 12:18 pm

Hello all. Any developments with this? Am based in London and interested (but know that often practicalities and time can get in the way of meets!).

As an aside, is anyone interested in collaborative work through file swapping? No particular agenda - just for fun, experimental and being open-minded. Any takers?

I'll be back in London in April, 6th-27th - I'd be up for something

I'm co-running this one in Brisbane before I leave, http://www.ableton.com/pages/2009/brisbane_workshop

if you want to we could do another in LDN while I'm there

Hi,

I'd be up for a meet. I think it proved difficult to get somewhere
to set up live, and would suggest just grabbing some beers somewhere to
get things started and chat.

I managed to miss all the first bashes that were in Putney.

I'm out in Aus at the moment but will be back for the end of the month.

Cheers

i agree... first let's meet up for a beer or so

there's a bar in brick lane where a group of london vjs get together every month or so to do their stuff, no charges no nothing... i'm sure we coud work out something like that...
if not there's another one near newington green that are always looking for new stuff since the place is usually empty and they do have a dj booth as well...
so let's get together to see how many of us are interested, what would you like to do and how we can do it...

is thursday the 12th good for anyone?
brick lane?

please let me know
