No. It's on the wishlist though, we'll see if it makes it into a future update.
Jesse
I'm a bit confused on this.
Will the track knobs (the lower 8 knobs) be able to control effects in the return tracks on the right of session view?
How will i use the controller to change the effects on my receiving channels without touching my computer?
Will i be able to control volume on the return tracks as well?

How many sends will i be able to use with the global knobs. It says there are 4 banks but there are only A, B, and C send buttons on the controller. Does this mean I can send 32 tracks (8knobs x 4banks) to only 3 different return tracks?

While it's extremely frustrating, I'd rather that they take the time to get it right than push a half-baked product out onto the market. With the exception of Guitar Center (who still shows early May), all the other sites I've been keeping an eye on are now showing the first half of June for availability. Hopefully that date sticks...

This might be a dumb question. If map a different midi controller to one of the functions that the apc already has mapped, will the apc still work?
For example:
The first button on the top left triggers track 1 clip 1. If I map a foot controller to trigger the same clip, will the button on the apc still trigger that clip? I think when I'm using regular midi controllers, mapping a controller overides the previous mapping.

thanks

Hi All,
FYI, the official release date of the APC40 is May 30th in the US. They will likely sell out that day from what I hear.
The rest of the world dates will vary slightly, but will all be around the same time.
Best,
Jesse

"if i understand correctly you can't midi map the top encoders without losing the auto-mapping to device features of the bottom set. Hopefully i'm wrong."

You're wrong ;) The first post on this thread describes the mapping.

Hi there :D !

Just wanted to leave a quick note, that in my opinion you guys are worrieing to much about the pricing...

Well, I guess you have good reasons, but If you ask me this unit should feature a high quality audio Interface with 4 outputs for cueing, at least 2 line ins + phantom powered XLR, 10mm motorfaders, a metal case like the mpc, maybe some joysticks, and how about a touch screen?

All top notch quality...

I would love to pay more than twice as much, because I need/want these things anyway...

all the best,

Felix

Or they could do several versions, with a top-notch one featuring everything you said (which I would like to have as well by the way :-) )
