Fastest way to apply a single MIDI groove to entire set

Post by OtherJesus » Sun Apr 26, 2009 5:49 am

Hi, new user here.

What's the fastest way for me to assign a single groove to all of my midi clips at once?

Say for example, I want to assign Logic 55 swing to ALL of my clips.

Thanks!

highlight/ select all clips then either drop the groove onto one or select all and change the groove in the clips box where you change colors etc

And then don't forget to change the groove settings to each following added/recorded clip.... each time.

So Ableton, why not adding a global groove mode that would make life much easier? It would be like Stylus RMX in working...
