Well, Adam did make it all the way to the finals. That's something. In the end though, you're right. The voters went with the 'safe' choice. It should have been Alison instead of Kris in the final, anyway.

His rendition of Tracks of My Tears was nothing short of amazing. Shit. The boy can sing his ass off. And singing with Queen? Awesome.
