My Mac won't pawer up

IT just sits there in a 'sleep' state. The Light on the front is on, I have plugged and unplugged it a few times, the damn thing just won't MOVE! it won't power up... anyone have this happen to them before?... its a G5 dual 2.7, the last one before Intel......

Oh yeah, that's happened to me before. Yup, just reboot the stupid thing by holding the power button.

after reboot you should perform some sort of disk check.
disk utility will do it:

it was the SMU that needed to be reset. Damn I guess this computer is offically old. Thanks everyone
