deadmau5 fans..

Post by nuxnamon » Wed Jul 08, 2009 9:46 pm

i might be late and have always heard of him.. but it's only recently that i started listening to some of his tunes which i actually like. I like electronic music but don't follow it so i get confused by some of the names that gets thrown around here. I know kraftwerk and daft punk, but other than that, i am clueless. my question is, what other artists make similar music that is pretty hot right now? also, what type of "house" is this called?

It's Electro House....some of his tracks might be considered Minimal House. For other artists go to beatport.com and look in those genre sections. Everybody is pretty much a carbon copy of everybody in those genres when you listen to the top tracks.

Tune in to M2 radio france (m3u-link) to hear tons of this stuff. Deadmau5 is constantly listed in their playlist.

:D Arr. whatever. Don't mind me - I'm sleep deprived and have low blood sugar, making me a cranky bear !

Time for a midnight feast methinks ;)

for some of the aford meationd daft punk & kiko. no boys noise but a close relitive, digitalism

mixed in ableton and is fx heavy. even some threes track action around the middle with justin robertson.

If you like that kind of stuff tune in on fridays. see myspace below.
