APC 40 UK will trade for roland SP sampler

Post by worldgalaxy » Fri Jul 10, 2009 1:32 pm

Hey, Is anybody in the U.K or Mainland Europe looking for an APC. I have the buyers remorse :( and the shop I bought it from wants to charge a restocking fee. It is absolutely untouched. PIctures available.

I could well be interested. Just sold a bunch of stuff on ebay to raise some funds for one. Was going to buy it from thomann.de (cheaper than UK prices) but they won't have stock until mid August.

How much are you looking for?

Hey, I paid £400 any they want to charge me 25% restocking. I'm happy with £350 plus postage. If you want an accurate shipping quote then email me at worldgalaxy@uk2.net. France would be about £20 it think.

Misguided gear lust. I don't really need it, and I could use the money.

I will say that it is a very nice piece of equipment though. Build quality is better than the mpd series.

@ worldgalaxy, any advice you can give those of us that are still drooling over the idea of purchasing?? There's nothing worse than buyers remorse (except maybe a 25% restocking fee on something with this price tag).

Truth is that I just don't make the kind of music anymore that needs it. I hardly ever use session view anymore, it was just a late night impulse buy. If you use session view then this will open up a whole new fucking world of fluidity. As long as you work with launching clips and stuff there is no way you could be disappointed. it is much nicer in the flesh than it looks in most pictures, and is smaller and slimmer than i thought ,which i think is a plus because it looks to big to carry around in pictures but it would fit in any laptop bag or probably a backpack. like i said as long as you have some use for it you'll love it.
