Sites like this are great because you don't have to send attachments ever again. I HATE e-mail attachments so I just stick it on my box.net or skydrive (skydrive allows 50MB files unlike box.net) and send a link to the file by e-mail. I think ISPs should just stop accepting attachments altogether because they're more trouble than they're worth.
By the way, box.net also has a nice widget that you can embed into websites and blogs that lets you stream audio and video straight from your box.

Thanks for the recommendations... I've been looking for a solution like this for awhile now that could potentially replace my server space and website. Though they all seem to be about double the price when comparing features to normal server space... which is fair enough if they provide a good service. What I'm really looking for is one that allows for expiring links or even direct paypal integration. Any ideas?
Anyway I have signed up for box.net account to try it out... everyone can download the Glitch 3 rack at:

I've done some other racks similar to this... one included an audio version. However if you wanted to make an audio version yourself all you really need to do is create an audio track... then from the glitch rack drag the "Effects" and "Beatrepeat" sections onto the new audio track (then if you want... re-rack those into a new global rack). Effectively just removing the "Instruments" section.
You can of course change the signal flow of this rack and get different results by moving the beatrepeats section pre effects section.

so rather than rely on a plugin, has anyone got any good example glitch racks using just lives built in stuff?
I'm a PC user who is just trying to remove unnecessary plugins, Occam's razor to my vst folder basicly, i have to admit subtle use of DB Glitch has been useful but I'd rather use lives racks
Ableton 8, NI Massive, Max 4 Live, other stuff

Have you downloaded the rack yet? That is exactly what it is... a rack full of Live Devices.... NO DB GLITCH... just live devices. You can also find the windows version on my site. And they are free...
