Pre-Listening II

Could I use a Creative SoundBlaster Live Player 5.1 PCI soundcard for pre-listening in Live??? I think I read somewhere that if a card has 2 sets of stereo outs you can use it for pre-listening. Do all 5.1 soundcards have 2 sets of stereo outs? Someone help me???
