Live 2/Nova

i need glasses!

a friend of mine has a Novation Nova i was thinking of hooking up to Live 2 / OS X.2, anyone got a similar set up? could i sync the Nova via something like an Oxygen usb controler? any timing problems doing this?, or do i need a seperate midi controler? if so what's the cheapest for the job? sorry for the newbie questions, but any answers would be splendid

Hey Berry

You should be able to sync your Nova to Live with the oxy8. Just set Live to send midi clock through oxy8 midi out into Nova midi in. Then set Nova to recieve midi clock from Live. You may have to adjust for latency in Live. Besides that it should be very possible. Good luck..
