Dave Attel is great live
Mitch was one of the best standups when it came to bombing. he could fuck up the entire set and still have people rolling.
Louis CK is one of the all time greats IMO

One of my favorite stand up sets that gets no love was Paula Poundstone's Cats, Cops, and Stuff. Dont ask me why, I just think its brilliant. Her audience interaction was spot on

Also a big fan of Jimmy Carr. One liners for days and one of the best when it comes to fucking with his audience.

You would.

It's because of their silly accent, admit it..

He's doing coke again?

I think those days are over. He's recovering from heart surgery.
But there may be another HBO special left in him.

my claim to fame : Frankie Boyle told me I have the mind of a serial killer

high praise indeed, eh?

mind you I was talking about combining the stolen brains of Michael Jackson and Hitler into one cybernetic child frightening pop sensation and turning it loose on the festival (of middle class families) we were at. I can kinda see where he might get that impression.

I've known the guy who runs this label since about 1982. He seems to snag just about everyone who's currently good, unless or until comedy central get their greasy hooks into them.
