he probablly figures no one takes mtv awards seriously, and him being an awesome comedian thought it would be great material to pull the same stunt he did with juctice once more.
obviously he has never heard.. some one say.. "that was funny the first time"..

im going to take that back... after watching it again its still funny..
i cant stand the guy but i also cant stand mtv... so who cares.
