I think, it's quite a long time to open an empty track. There is also a message, that LIVE can't open 'skin default-stretched.ask'.

If Live doesn't have to search for the skin it won't take *such* a long time to load, though loading time increased with 2.01, but anyway, just pick the missing skin from your old 1.5 skins-folder and put it into the skins-folder beneath 2.01, the folder structure changed, so you will have to go a little deeper.

I don't know what makes certain songs load faster or slower then others. Apparently it is not the number of clips and tracks you have with them.
But it could be that it depends on how much analysis is stored with the samples you use in these tracks.
Another thing I came across is, that if Live has to search for missing samples or plugins, well, it has to search
Personally I never experienced loading to take very long, approximately 5 seconds with very heavy loaded sets is the max...
Maybe somone from ableton can shed a brighter light on this.
