More Text to Speech voices??

where can i find more voices for apple text to speech? or are there any other programs like this with other/more voices that you can still change the speed of? thanks!

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for..

Go to your System Preferences and click 'Speech'. There you will see the options to change the voices and pitch.

Not that I know. What about recording your voice and apply some effects like vocoder, pitch shifter...?
