Yes thats true - I've installed Snow Leopard on this cheaper PC instead of Windows Wixta, so I'm double smart.

Mac on a PC - no Viruses, no Macfanboy, no trouble.

Here's another tip: Repair permissions, you've got mine. (permission to "repair permissions)

route your osx audio output in the osx preferences to soundflower.
In ableton preferences you now can choose soundflower as the audio input.

Great for sampling audio from the internet or youtube.

Wow. Soundsource, soundflower and the spacebar preview thing were lifesavers! I've been really annoyed about quickly browsing folders of photos in preview or viewIT. Even the cover flow mode in finder is a bit pain in the ass. And all this time i could have just select the folder and hit space bar!? Why wouldn't anyone tell me this before? :D
