gotta be patient, I ordered it like 32.4 hours ago. At 48 hours, I'll panic.

I ordered it first bit the morning the 2 and no answer from then
How come if yours were shipped haha

From what it looks like so far the folks in the US/Canada get shipped much more quickly that we in good old Europe.

I phoned them up this morning as was in the same boat. For whatever reason, a dispatch email didnt seem to have been sent for me. They couldnt tell me when it would arrive but were confident it had left for deliver Will give it to the weekend before phoning again. Can appreciate they will have been inundated with orders and Im in no serious rush.

If relevant - Im in Scotland. Seems like our US buddies do get things quicker!

To be fair, if it ships from a US distributer to a US location, there's no customs to go through. If it ships from European location to another European country, then customs. I've noticed that since living in Europe, things take a lot longer to ship even though the distances might be the same or less.

…according to that i already should have push2 glowing on my table…500km within germany…ha…but i'm not in a rush…more like excited to work with it…i might contact them tomorrow...

58 hrs since I ordered it and still no shipping notice. Tried to cancel my order, so I could just buy it at the local shop since it’s in stock there now. But Ableton refuse to let me cancel even if it’s not shipped. And when it’s finally shipped they estimate it to take 7-9 business days within Europe. So including weekends I guess thats more like 2 weeks. Bummer since it would take me 10 minutes to buy it at the local shop.

I just hope they actually have it in stock and are just a little bit overwhelmed by the demand.

I'd hate to have my money taken hostage and wait for weeks/months on back-order while some other stores still have it in stock right now.

Yep. My local store has units and it even supports the trade in plan. But I cannot cancel or even see the state of my order on Ableton's website. It has been 46 hours now. No shipping email.

had to scratch my post, because just after submitting, I got the shipping notice that it's on the way already. looks like i get it before the weekend after all - wieeee!!

i ordered monday at Ableton with the trade in Yesterday 2 days after, ive got the UPS shipping code. thats quick :)

Im in the same boat. Im in Germany, so no customs. No shipping Email yet. No info on my account. Just the confirmation email that i have purchased it.

Please Ableton, can we have some info/communication?
