Frank Zappa`s band around `74 with George Duke, Napoleon Murphy Brock, the Fowlers and Ruth Underwood....
Just go and listen to the Helsinki Concert or Roxy & Elsewhere

interesting the number of votes for Depeche mode

especially when considering where they came from

and amused me no end to ponder who those people are in that picture and whether they know they are on Wikipedia as an example of Neds.

I saw Prince last Saturday at the O2 and he was rubbish.

My vote for best band would have to go to the Motown in house band - the one with the funk brothers. Too many classics.
