When I visit my app store app, go to a category, end up on page 5 or something, see an app I like, download, go back to the app store app, press the back button to continue browsing, and I'm taken to page 1 and I have to move forward page by page to get to where I left off = :x

I was so noticing this yesterday. :x :x :x

In another solute to inconsistency, both in the iTunes app store and on the app store app on idevices when you want to check out the screen shots you just scroll to the side. In the Mac app store you have to click on the thumbnail of each screen shot. How the fuck could they miss that one?

My problem with air hockey is more often than not it's not that the other player wins as much as it is I lose because I'm banging the puck around at light speed like a retard and I can't even block the ricochet of my own hits. :x

I don't know but to do what specifically?

The following is not aimed at you specifically, but there seems to be an obsession with some people that have to have the ability to slap an external storage device on anything and everything even when there's no need, but they just HAVE TO have it as an option.

I've been using the iPad for work and took it with me to a job in Zurich yesterday. The client made some changes to a presentation I put together.

The only way to quickly transfer the info back to me was by memory stick (dropbox banned in work) as it as too big to mail. He ended up presenting from his laptop!

More blatant spamming, I know, I'm sorry, but really excited to announce that our fantastic and unique controller app was submitted to the iTunes Store last night...!

Took a bit longer than expected mostly cos we kept getting distracted during testing by playing around with it, controlling our Live sets, and getting carried away with the music and thinking... this is so cool...

@80 that looks very cool from a graphics and interface standpoint.

I take it that it's a MIDI map controller? MIDI map to filter parameters and whatnot? How flexible is it? Where are the specs? Can I assign my own MIDI Note or CC #s?

Will it take advantage of CoreMIDI? At this point, I'm done with OSC for everything except touchAble.

Hm, cool that your work lets you use your iPad for work or that you have everything you need for work on it. But boo you can't use dropbox. I think since these are fairly new to the workforce companies might have to do some reconsidering on what they do and don't allow if they want to work within the iPads current limitations. But who knows, maybe the iPad2 will allow you to use external storage. There's rumors that there is a USB and/or SD card slot built into it. But also knowing Apple even if there is that doesn't mean it's open to storage of anything from any app or it might even be something developers have to include in the code on a per app basis, which is currently the case with airplay and airprint.

Finally got a chance to dig into the first issue of Project magazine for iPad which was free briefly around the holidays. It's truly innovate and what all tablet based magazines should strive for. The interface and interactivity are stellar. However I found the actual subject matters a little underwhelming or too heady. There's nothing on there that would inspire me to strike up a conversation with somebody else based on what I read. The interview with Jeff Bridges was a complete yawner beyond the interface.

Maybe I'm just not GQ enough to appreciate the contents. I'll probably give the current issue a try though and see if I get more out of it. Might even consider a subscription if they switch to that model and it's less than the current $3 per issue.

AirView app. Airplay (limited) content from one idevice to another. WTF?

Here's the long list of when that would come in handy.
