Sorry I just noticed your from seattle, my bad, I did not mean to offend. Somewhere in my early impression of the white stripes, I flashed on mudhoney. I think it was based on seeing mudhoney live and really drunk on stage in philly during the early 90's, and not digging it, and also seeing some live footage of the white stripes acting sloppy for cool sake.

whoa... behind on the posts, youtube is under maintenance for me, really slow.

White Stripes 'Ball and A Biscuit' is reason enough to justify that band's existence. Jack's interpretation of the blues is jaw dropping. I don't like all their stuff but some of it... damn Jack is an underrated guitar player, sloppy as fuck, Detroit represent!
