There's nothing funnier than someone dodging a laser gun blast in scifi films.
I mean, the person just somehow managed to move FASTER than LIGHT.

Out-running explosions & fireballs is a pretty good trick too...

such a great list you guys have going!
i'd like to add Liquid Sky in the "shitty but awesome" category and Alphaville to the "serious art" category.
also nobody liked serenity?? i guess to be fair the movie isn't that great but i really liked firefly.

oh, also has everybody seen "pitch brown, chronicles of shit dick?" vin greasedpole is really good in that. How 'bout Trannyformers? super hot. ("trannyformers, more than meets the eye... trannyformers, guess what that's a guy!")

I'm currently re-watching
Firefly. While I remember it being
really good, I'm blown away by it all over again! Easily takes its place among the best si-fi TV shows.

H20 says that strictly isn't allowed on about page 2 or 3.
Although Star Wars is, apparently...
Wise up, Halsall!
PS to Oblique - Flash Gordon is something much overlooked at the time but has become a thing of real beauty.

Caroline Munro
Queen of early 80s B scifi.
I whacked it to her so many times I thought I'd go blind.

SOUTHLAND TALES
2006
Directed by Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko)
I just watched 'Southland Tales' for the first time.
It is one of the most astonishing films I have seen in a very long time. HIGHLY recommended.
