From what I've know from moderating forums that come under German law myself, it is. German law's very explicit about such things as libel, slander and "appropriateness" on internet forums. And, it's the people who host the forum itself who assume the liability, and not the posters

The key point in my last post was about getting involved in LOCAL politics. I'm not suggesting you could change the world, but you might be able to impact positively on a community. Your location says you live in the UK - you have a much better opportunity to do this in our country than in many others.

I work in social housing and everyday see the way that committed individual's change lives for the better.
